In order to register a defective equipment for the repair:

Complete the service form on our website
After receiving confirmation send the item to the company address (the client provides and receives equipment at their own expense)

We strive to make diagnosis and give the possible costs of repairs within 14 days from the delivery date. However, the repair period may exceptionally extended, where the repair will require specialized service or components from abroad.
