DOTel's Doth-200 is a compact, lightweight but extremely rugged PDA terminal. The device works on the fast buil-in processor 800MHz Samsung ARM 11 and the operating system Windows CE 5.0 which guarantee fast data processing. The terminal is esspecially dedicated for logistics, parcel delivery and vehicle tracking business.

High quality 2.8-inch 240x300 touchscreen TFT LCD, integrated barcode scanner 1D and 2D, 3MPix digital camera and additional features such as HSPA / GPS / GPRS / EDGE make DOTH-200 an ideal "all-in-one" PDA terminal for variety working environment. High capacity RAM: 128MB and Flash 256MB (which can upgrade to 1GB), wireless LAN, Bluetooth and GSM allow sending and receiving of large amount of data and guarantee continuous proccesses control. Specially designed simplifies work and makes scanning and reading much easier.

Doth-200 has a certify IP54 which makes the device resistant to dirt, dust, water, humidity and extreme temperatures. The terminal also can withstand to repeated drops up to 1,5m.
