AI-6800

AI-6800 is a first industrial 1D barcode scanner series from Argox. The housing of the device was designed to meet demanding environmental factors, like rain, high humidity or low temperature. The IP65 certificate guarantees full water and dust impermeability. It is also very durable as it resists multiple drops from above 1.8m to a concrete surface.

When the trigger button is pressed, the AI-6800 broadcasts a laser beam 700 times per every second, looking for a barcode to scan. Comparing to other 1D barcode scanners in its class, the AI-6800 Argox provides triple data transmission speed. The whole process of a data transmission takes only 0,0012 second. The scanner is capable of unconding barcodes of 3mils resolution, or higher. The device’s great depth of field lets the user scan the barcodes at a very long distance which matters in logistics and warehousing. The anticipating algorithm allows to read the data from shiny surfaces, as labels covered with a protective shiny film. It is also great at uncoding damaged barcodes, poorly-printed or dirty codes as well.

Argox includes DataMagic software – a simple, and invaluable tool that allows you to edit given data as wish, which increases efficiency. Configure friendly user’s interface in a moment! The whole set of a barcode reader includes also a dedicated stand that may be placed on every flat surface, in every angle. Through that, the scanner becomes a legitimate stationary scanner. The presentative mode allows to scan fast, for example on the manufacturing line.
