The Newland EM50s-10 OEM module stands out by its extremely low power consumption. It scans virtually any 1D or 2D barcode using only one-fourth of the energy used by a traditional engine. It has unique ability - reads high density codes: 3 mils. It is based on Newland’s uIMG technology that captures top quality digital image for intelligent processing and decoding by a high-performance computing platform. Thanks to built-in barcode decoder chip the module is small and easy to integrate. What is more the EM50s-10 with its 21,7mm of width, 14,7mm of length and only 11,9mm of height is the smallest OEM engine in the Newlands’s portfolio. The EM3080-W’s CMOS sensor can read barcodes from any medium. Paper, plastic, laminates, mobile phone and other LCD displays doesn’t affect its correct operation. Base on this and the ability to read various codes the EM3080-W has unlimited possible applications.
