CodeXML Router Message 031

Unable to start serial driver. Check serial port configuration.

Possible reasons for this problem include:

1. Check if you have active physical COM port in the Device Manager.
2. Check if another application is using the COM port.

Enable the serial port, restart CodeXML Router.

If the problem persists, please contact your distributor for tech support.
