CodeXML Router Message 030

Unable to open serial port. Check serial port configuration.

Possible reasons for this problem include:

1. Check if you have active COM port in the Device Manager.
2. Check if another application is using the COM port.

Enable the serial port, restart CodeXML Router.

If the problem persists, please contact your distributor for tech support.
