Absent Firmware

Possible reasons for this problem include:

  1. No firmware file (firmware.bin) can be found in the install directory.

If you must upgrade your Reader, connect to the Internet, right-click on the CodeXML Router icon and select 'Upgrade' to download the latest firmware version. After the upgrade, repeat the firmware download. If the problem persists, please contact your distributor for tech support.
