Possible reasons for this problem include:
- Windows could not find the document specified in the scanned code
- No application is configured to open the document specified by the scanned
code
- You do not have sufficient privileges to open the document specified by the scanner code
Find out what document is encoded in the code and make sure it is accessible. If the problem persists, please contact your distributor for tech support.
