Multiple Instances of CodeXML Router

Possible reasons for this problem include:

  1. You already have an instance of the CodeXML Router software running.

If you are not seeing the CodeXML Router icon in the tray or it is not responding, press Ctrl-Alt-Del once, select CodeXML Router, and press the 'End Task' button. If the problem persists, please contact your distributor for tech support.
