Description
In many maternity and neonatology wards, the identification of newborns is still done by means of a wristband written manually with a pen. This generates the risk of making a mistake in writing down the name or even confusing the patient with another with similar data.
Instead of laboriously writing the name of each person one by one, together with the PESEL number or date of birth, it is more effective to replace the handwritten record with a printout. The use of print allows the inclusion of QR codes, which eliminate the risk of confusion in recording and identification, and also contain more information collected in one place.
Zebra's neonatal Z-Band Direct wristbands provide quick and effective identification for the youngest patients. The self-adhesive tip with a strong adhesive makes it easy to apply the wristband, and it fits each patient individually so it won't slip off a newborn's arm or leg. The polypropylene thermal print coating allows for quick printing of the desired content while minimizing costs. At the same time the print is resistant to smudging and abrasion with water, alcohol, blood or mild detergents. The perforation of the product ensures quick and convenient removal of the wristbands.
The product is sold in a pack of six rolls, each roll contains 350 wristbands.
